Shipping for Physical Products:
We currently ship physical products within the United States (US) and to Canada, Jamaica and the UK.

US Orders:

We offer free shipping on eligible orders totaling $74.99 or more after discounts but before taxes.*

International Orders:
International shipping is temporarily unavailable while we update our shipping system. Digital products remain available worldwide.

Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

All international shipments are classified as Merchandise and billed under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days.

Digital Products:
Digital products (e.g., eCookbooks) are available for purchase and delivery within the US and internationally.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link.

Please allow up to two hours after purchase for download delivery.

If you created an account, you can also access your digital purchases from your Member Area.

Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
