Shipping for Physical Products (U.S. Only):

• We currently ship physical products within the United States only.

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after receipt.

• Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for standard delivery, or less with expedited shipping.

• During holidays, peak seasons, or inclement weather, delivery times may be delayed.

• Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on your location and order contents.

• If you created an account, you can view your order status anytime under your profile.

Note: Confirmation and tracking emails may land in your junk or spam folder—please check there if you don’t see them.

 

Digital Products:

• Digital products (e.g., eCookbooks) are available within the U.S. and for international purchase and delivery.

• After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link.

• Please allow up to two hours after purchase for download delivery .

• If you created an account, you can also access your digital purchases from your Member Area.

• If you don’t receive your download email, please check your junk or spam folder, or contact us for assistance.
