All items are FINAL SALE unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or shipping delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defectie:

You may request a replacement or full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Fill out the form below with the following information:
o Your order number
o A brief description of the issue
o Clear photos of the item and packaging -
We’ll review your request and respond with next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method .
Digital Products:

All digital products (e.g., eCookbooks) are final sale and non-refundable.

If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Service Cancellations:
To reserve your event date, payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice. Because our services require advance planning, staffing, and in some cases travel, our cancellation policies vary by service type:
Private Chef Services & Destination Events (Within the U.S.)
Due to the nature of travel, prep time, and limited booking windows:

Full refund if cancelled 91+ days before the event.

50% refund if cancelled 61–90 days before the event .

No refund if cancelled 60 days or less before the event.
Atlanta-Based Catering
For local catering services within the Atlanta area:

Full refund if cancelled 61+ days before the event

50% refund if cancelled 31–60 days before the event .

No refund if cancelled 30 days or less before the event.
International Events
For events outside of the U.S.:

75% refund if cancelled 91+ days before the event

No refund if cancelled 90 days or less before the event.
